On the non drive side of the hub
there is a black rubber seal. Peel it off of
the axle. Underneach you will find the flat surface of the cone near the hub
shell, a spacer and the outer cone lock nut.

Put the 13mm cone wrench on the cone
and the 17mm wrench on the outer lock
nut and tighten them against each other. This countertightening essentially
locks them in place. If you dont do this, you hub will come out of adjustment
in minutes.

Using a bench mounted vice, clamp
the vice down onto the non drive side cone
lock nut. This will allow the wheel to stay in one place and make adjustment
easier.
